KSD Ltd. Terms and Conditions

Cheques payable to 'Key Stage Developments Limited' may be sent with the registration form when final details are confirmed.

  1. Cheques payable to 'Key Stage Developments Ltd. ' are due within 30 days of the course date.
  2. The submission of this registration form acknowledges the right of Key Stage Developments Ltd. to invoice the organisation named for the full course fee.
  3. The full course fee is payable unless cancellation is received in writing by Key Stage Developments Ltd. at least 21 days before to the date of the course.
  4. Key Stage Developments Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend, for whatever reason, the course details.
  5. Where a course is postponed for any reason, delegates will automatically be transferred to the new course date.
  6. If it is necessary to cancel a course delegates will automatically be allocated to a similar course and delegates cancellation rights are not affected.
  7. Where it is necessary to cancel a course at late notice, or on the day of the course, due to factors or agencies out of KSD Ltd. control ( e.g. Transport strikes, Course leader illness/accident etc.) KSD Ltd. will offer an alternative course leader or an alternative course date. KSD Ltd. will not be liable for any consequential loss to any delegates or schools suffered as a result of such circumstances.
  8. Delegates are required to complete an evaluation form at the end of the training day.
